ORDER:- This Civil Revision Petition coming on for hearing on this day under the caption for "Extension of time"and upon perusing the earlier order dated, 10.01.2023 and the requisition letter submitted by the Judge, Family Court, Thanjavur vide the letter in D.No.501/2023 dated 21.08.2023,this Court made the following order: By an order dated 10.01.2023, this Court disposed of the above Civil Revision Petition with direction to the learned Judge, Family Court, Trichy, to dispose HMOP, within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

2.Now, the learned Judge, Family Court, Trichy, has sent a letter dated 21.08.2023 bearing reference D.No.501/2023 to the Registrar (Judicial) of this Court seeking an extension of time to dispose of HMOP. In the said letter, the learned Judge has given reasons for non-disposal of HMOP. 3.Being satisfied with the reasons given by the learned Judge, Family Court, Trichy, in the above letter, the time for disposing HMOP, is extended by another six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
