2. Heard, the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondent and perused the materials available on record.

3. The learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondent submitted that this contempt petition has filed against the interim order made in W.M.P.(MD)No.18396 of 2023 in W.P.(MD)No.22072 of 2023. 2/4

Pending contempt petition, final order has been passed in W.P.(MD)No. 22072 of 2023 on 13.12.2023. The said submission is recorded. 4.Therefore, nothing survives for adjudication. Hence, this contempt Petition is closed.
