ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by N. ANAND VENKATESH,J.) This Habeas Corpus Petition has been filed by the husband of the detenue on the ground that his wife Shanthi went missing from 14.11.2022 onwards.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submitted that based on the complaint given by the petitioner, a woman missing FIR was registered in Crime No.539/2022 by the second respondent police. In the course of investigation, the detenue was secured and was handed over to the petitioner. The statement of the parties were also recorded. This fact was also acknowledged by the learned counsel for the petitioner.
