ORDER

This writ petition has been filed to direct the 1st respondent to return the sale deed nos.1272 and 1375 of 2023 on the file of 1st respondent, in the light of petitioner's representation dated 23.10.2024 within the stipulated period as may be fixed by this Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader for the official respondent and perused the materials placed before this Court.

3. The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the official respondent, on instructions would submit that the document, which was presented for registration by the petitioner has been returned to the petitioner.

4. Recording the same, the Writ Petition stands closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
