This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a Writ of Mandamus, forbearing the respondents 1 and 2, their men and agents from in any way interfering with the petitioner's business of treatment done by the qualified therapist for opposite sex in the Moon Ayurvedic Spa center, represented by petitioner as a proprietor, and in his name of Mrs.M.Padma, F/A-36 functioning at Proprietor, 19 A, Chatram Street, Ward No.12, Dindigul Town-624 001.
2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is running a Spa in the above mentioned address. The petitioner has also 2/5
applied and got UAM number from the Ministry of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises, Government of India. Some police personnels have came to the petitioner's premises and asked the petitioner to close the business. Seeking a direction to forbear the respondents herein from interfering with the petitioner's business, this Writ Petition is filed.
3. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that on enquiry it revealed that the petitioner has not got proper permission from the competent authority to run a Spa. Therefore, she cannot be permitted to run the business.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner will get proper permission from the competent authority.
5. The petitioner shall get proper permission from the competent authority to run a Spa with approval and even thereafter, if the respondents make trouble, the petitioner is at liberty to move a fresh petition.
