PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. praying to direct the first respondent to instruct the third respondent to give police protection at the time of laying the pipe in front of Kaliamman temple pathway based on the representation of the petitioner dated 25.11.2019.

ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking direction to direct the first respondent to instruct the third respondent to give the police protection at the time of laying the pipe in front of the Kaliamman temple pathway based on the representation of the petitioner dated 25.11.2019

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that on the complaint given by the petitioner dated 25.11.2019 peace committee meeting was conducted by the Tahsildhar, Kayathar and both the parties were called and discussed about the issue. He would also submit that based on the representation given by the petitioner proceedings in CSR No. 406 of 2019 was initiated and if situation requires, adequate police protection will be given to the petitioner.

3. Recording the same, the Criminal Original petition is closed.
