O R D E R This Criminal Original Petition is filed to call for the records pertaining to the FIR in Crime No.14 of 2023 on the file of the first respondent Police and quash the same as illegal in so far as the petitioner concerned.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) would submit that Final Report was filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Tirunelveli and it was taken cognizance in C.C.No.2283 of 2023.

3. Recording the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), this matter has become infructuous. If the petitioner is aggrieved over contents of the above said Final Report, he can workout his remedy through appropriate proceedings, after getting copy of the above said Final Report.

4. With the above said liberty, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
