ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for a direction to the respondent to register and release the sale deed dated 03.07.2024 in respect of the property comprised in R.S.No. 24/2 to an extent of the 34 cents, Kodimanagalam Village, Chettikulam, Madurai North, Madurai District.

2. By consent of both parties, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself.

3. Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the materials placed before this Court.

4. The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondent, on instructions submitted that no document has been presented for registration on the file of the respondent in respect of the subject property. If any document is presented for registration in respect of the subject property, it will be considered on merits and in accordance with law.

5. As of now, no document is pending for registration on the file of the respondent and therefore, the prayer sought for by the petitioner in this writ petition cannot be considered. Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed. However, the petitioner is at liberty to present the document for registration in respect of the subject property and on receipt of the same, the respondent is directed to deal with the same on merits and in accordance with law. No costs.
