The Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent to file a final report in connection with Crime No. 822 of 2018 before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Dindigul.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.

Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing the learned Government Advocate (crl side) appearing for the respondent police would submit that the respondent police has completed investigation and filed final report before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Mahila Court, Dindigul and the has been taken cognizance in P.R.C. No. 10 of 2019 and the same is pending for committal before the Court of Sessions. The statement is recorded.

4. Recording the aforesaid submission, the Criminal Original Petition stands closed.
