PRAYER : Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C, to direct the 1st and 2nd respondent to take necessary action to freeze the remaining transaction amount sum of Rs.1,24,125/- indulged in online scam based on the petitioner representation dated 06.05.2023.

O RDER This Criminal Original Petition is filed to direct the 1st and 2nd respondent to take necessary action to freeze the remaining transaction amount sum of Rs.1,24,125/- indulged in online scam based on the petitioner representation dated 06.05.2023.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) would submit that on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner, enquiry is undertaken in C.S.R.No.337 of 2023. On the basis of the request made by the enquiry officer, one of the bank account belongs to the proposed accused has been freezed. In respect of other accounts, a communication has been sent by the enquiry officer dated 15.06.2023. Another reminder has also been sent on 17.10.2023. After receiving the reply, further action will be taken.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that without registering the FIR, enquiry has been undertaken.

4. The respondents are directed to take appropriate steps as per law to register a case on the basis of the petitioner's complaint after receiving the reply.
