(Order of the Court was made by M.Sathyanarayanan, J.) The writ miscellaneous petition is filed by the petitioners praying this Court to grant leave to the petitioners to file the review petition. When the matter is taken up today, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners, on instructions, seek the permission of this Court to withdraw the miscellaneous petition. He has also made an endorsement to the said effect. Recording the said endorsement, the miscellaneous petition in W.M.P. (MD) No.2308 of 2017 is dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently, the review application in SR No.9279 of 2017 is rejected.
