ORDER
Heard the learned counsel on either side.
2.The writ petitioners seek revision of the seniority list in the post of Junior Revenue Assistant based on the marks secured by them. The petitioners want the first respondent to re-draw the seniority list. The learned standing counsel for the first respondent points out that the petitioners' representation must come through the Head of the Department. The second respondent is directed to forward the petitioners' representation to the first respondent within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The first respondent is directed to consider the same and pass final order on merits and in accordance with law after notice to the concerned parties within a period of 2/4
sixteen weeks thereafter. I make it clear that I have not gone into the merits of the matter. All the contentions of the respective parties are left open. 3.The writ petition is disposed of accordingly.
