ORDER

Learned Government Advocate appearing for the First and Second Respondent, on instructions, states that survey of the property which the petitioner had sought in the Writ Petition has been completed.

2. In view of the same, Learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this Writ Petition. He has also made an endorsement to that effect, which is recorded. It is made clear that if the petitioner still has any grievance to be redressed, it is open to him to work out his remedies for necessary reliefs before the proper forum in the manner recognized by law. No costs.
