ORDER

Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2.The writ petitioner was suspended from service following his implication in a vigilance case. The petitioner seeks reinstatement. The petitioner is permitted to submit a fresh representation before the respondent. If such representation is submitted, the same shall be considered and final order passed by the respondent within a period of six weeks thereafter. I make it clear that I have not gone into the merits of the matter. It is open to the respondent to pass order one way or the other. 3.With this liberty to the writ petitioner and direction to the respondent, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
