ORDER
When the writ petition was taken up for hearing, I had almost started dictating an interim order in favour of the writ petitioner. The learned counsel for the petitioner interjected and fairly brought to my notice the order of termination passed by the management. Therefore, I have to necessarily close this writ petition as infructuous. It is for the petitioner to question the termination order dated 30.11.2022 independently. 2/4
