ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/Accused, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 17.09.2024 for the offences punishable under Section 103 of BNS Act, in crime No. 536 of 2024 on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent and perused the materials available on record.
