This petition has been filed to call for the records pertaining to FIR in Crime No.231 of 2023 on the file of the first respondent and quash the same.

3. In view of the same, no further order is required to be passed in this case. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition stands closed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
