Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.K.JEYAMOHAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.A.ALBERT JAMES, Government Advocate (Crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed for relaxation of the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.17292 of 2024, dated 09.10.2024. 1/3
2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P. (MD).No.17292 of 2024, dated 09.10.2024, regularly and he prayed for relaxation of the said condition.
3. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent Police submitted that the petitioner has complied with the condition imposed by this Court for the last 17 days.
4. Considering the grounds raised by the petitioner, the condition imposed by this Court is modified and the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., for a period of one week and thereafter, every Monday and Friday at 05.30 p.m., until further orders.
