A direction is therefore that issued in the light of the above order, the petitioner's application for patta in W.P.(MD)No.26436 of 2024 shall be disposed of, after giving opportunity to the petitioner and the private respondents in both the writ petitions, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

2. This Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
