********* (Order of the Court was made by S.S.SUNDAR,J) This Writ Petition is filed challenging the order of suspension, dated 21.11.2022 passed by the second respondent. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials placed before this Court. 3.The learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents, on instructions, state that the order of suspension is revoked. In the counter affidavit filed by the respondents, it is stated that the order of suspension was revoked and the Writ Petitioner is posted as Junior Assistant in Sub-Court, Sivakasi as per the proceedings dated 29.6.2017.

3.In view of the above, the prayer in the Writ Petition has become infructuous. However, the learned counsel for the Petitioner says that the Subsistence Allowance payable to the Petitioner was not yet paid. The learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents states that the same will be paid in due course. 2/4

4.Recording the above said submission, the Writ Petition is closed. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
