[Order of the Court was made by The Hon'ble CHIEF JUSTICE] We have heard Mr.P.Murugesan, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, Mr.N.Tamil Mani, learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents.

The learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents submits that suspension of the petitioner is revoked under order dated 26.06.2023.

In the light of that, the purpose of the writ petition does not survive. The Co-ordinate Bench of this Court has passed an order dated 27.06.2023 for payment of subsistence allowance, if any, payable to the petitioner. Naturally, the petitioner would be entitled for the subsistence allowance as per the rules. 4.The Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of. No costs. Connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
