Respondents PRAYER :- Writ Petition, filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for issuance of a Writ of Certiorari to call for the records pertaining to the impugned order, dated 22.10.2024, passed by the 2nd respondent, vide proceeding No. Na.Ka.A2/7329/2019, and pass such further or other orders as this Honble Court may deem fit and proper in the interest of justice.

ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble the Chief Justice) Counsel for the petitioner fairly states that the petitioner has no merit and in law and has to vacate. He seeks some reasonable time to vacate / remove the encroachment and also make arrangement for alternative accommodation.

2. We grant six weeks' time from today to the petitioner to vacate and make alternative arrangement. No extension shall be granted and no application for extension will also be entertained.

3. Counsel states, petitioner won't even apply for extension.

4. In view of the above last sentence, we have given six weeks' time. For six weeks, respondents shall not take any action. Six weeks will expire on 10th December,2024. On 11th December,2024, respondents shall remove the encroachment, if not removed already. 2/4

5. Writ Petition stands disposed of accordingly. No costs. Consequently, the connected W.M.P.(MD) Nos.22051 and 22052 of 2024 are closed.
