ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by M.S. RAMESH, J.) When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned standing counsel appearing for the respondent submitted that pursuant to the orders passed in W.A.(MD)No.694 of 2017, dated 18.09.2019, the entire backwages have been settled.

2. Incase the contempt petitioner is of the view that the entire amount has not been settled and that some more arrears has to be paid, liberty is hereby granted to him to make a claim in this regard. However, the disobedience alleged cannot be termed to be willful in nature, in view of the backwages paid by the respondent Corporation.

3. Accordingly, this Contempt Petition stands closed with above liberty. No costs.
