No.13/3A1, 13/3B1 an extent of 0.02.27 and S.No.13/7A and 13/8 an extent of 0.00.69 and 0.00.59 in T.Nelmudikarai Village, Thiruppuvanam Taluk, Sivagangai District on the basis of the proceedings of the second respondent dated 09.11.2019 in Na.Ka. No.1/31/97/2019 and consequential proceedings of the second respondent dated 24.01.2024 vide O.Mu.A1/5297/2023 in accordance with law within the time stipulated by this Court. Heard both sides.

2. Even though the petitioner would allege that there are encroachments in a channel, we are satisfied that the private respondents herein have only put up bridges in front of the respective houses and that too, after getting permission from the concerned authorities. Copies of the permission letters have been enclosed.

3. It is seen that they were issued wayback in the year 2011. Case for issuance of any direction has not been made out. This writ petition stands dismissed. No costs.
