This petition is filed to set aside the order passed in Cr.MP.No.3289/2019 in CC.No.340/2012 on 21.10.2019 by the Judicial Magistrate No.IV, Madurai.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate would submit that after full trial, this petitioner has been acquitted by the Trial Court on 06.03.2020.
