ORDER

The Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the transfer of investigation in Crime No. 4 of 2019 on the file of the second respondent and under the supervision of the first respondent to some other competent officer within a time frame fixed by this Court.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the investigation in Crime No.4 of 2019 has been completed and the same has been closed as 'Mistake of Fact'. She would further submit that the respondents are taking steps to serve RCS notice on the petitioner.

3. At the instance, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that RCS notice has not been served either by the respondent police or through Court.

4. In view of the aforesaid submissions, the petitioner is at liberty to proceed in accordance with law. Accordingly, the Criminal Original Petition stands closed.
