ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by S.M.SUBRAMANIAM, J.) The relief sought for in the present Writ Petition is to direct the respondents 6 to 8 to take action against the 9th respondent for the removal of the unauthorized construction of building in violation of the Tamil Nadu Panchayat Building Rules, based on the petitioner's representation dated 12.08.2023. 2/4
2.With reference to the allegation set out in the Writ proceedings, we have directed the learned Special Government Pleader to furnish the files relating to the building plan permission granted by the competent authority. Pursuant to the same, he has submitted the files, which would reveal that planning permission was granted by the 8th respondent on 09.03.2023. Since the building plan permission has been granted under the rules, the petitioner has not made out any ground to grant the relief sought for herein. Accordingly, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. However, if any violations are noticed, it is for the authorities to initiate action in the manner known to law. No costs.
