The present Contempt Petition has been filed alleging violation of the orders of this Court dated 10.04.2024 made in W.P(MD) No.8938 of 2024.

2. In compliance of the order of this Court, the Additional Chief Secretary to Government has issued proceedings dated 12.11.2024, rejecting the request of the writ petitioner.

3. Recording the same, this Contempt Petition stands closed, with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the said proceedings, dated 12.11.2024, if he is so advised.
