PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of Writ of Ceriorarified Mandamus calling for the records relating to the impugned order dated 20.08.2025 passed by the 3rd Respondent via Government e-market place (GeM) portal rejecting the technical bid submitted by the petitioner pursuant to the e-tender notification issued by the 3rd Respondent in his proceedings in GEM/2025/B/6250427 dated 23.05.2025 and quash the same as illegal and consequentially to direct the respondents to accept the technical bid submitted by the petitioner and open the financial bid submitted by the petitioner and to proceed further with the tender process by accepting the technical bid of the petitioner within the period that may be stipulated by this Honble Court.

ORDER
