The present Writ Appeal is directed against the order passed by the Writ Court dated 19.07.2021 made in W.P(MD)No.16405 of 2020. 2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the appellants and the learned counsel appearing for the first respondent would submit that the relief sought for in the Writ Petition has been complied with vide proceedings in Na.Ka.No.5195/A4/2020, dated 01.02.2023 and therefore, nothing survives for further adjudication in the Writ Appeal. 2/4
