ORDER
In view of the inaction on the part of the respondents in sanctioning the loan amount of Rs.3,10,000/- from the petitioner's contribution in his EPF account, the present writ petition has been filed.
2.Today, when the matter was called, the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents would submit that the petitioner is entitled to be considered for sanctioning for the amount claimed in his loan application dated 23.04.2019. However, the respondents through the impugned letter dated 28.05.2019, had sought for 5 documents, which the petitioner has not produced till date. In case, the petitioner produces those 5 documents, the same will be scrutinized and his loan application will be considered. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
W.P.(MD) No.26194 of 2019 3.At this juncture, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that along with the loan application dated 23.04.2019, he had already submitted some documents. 4.In the light of the submission made by both side counsel, the petitioner herein is called upon to once again submit copies of all the 5 documents sought for in the respondents letter dated 28.05.2019 to the second respondent herein as expeditiously as possible and on receipt of such documents, the second respondent is directed to consider the petitioner's loan application dated 23.04.2019, at least within a period of 10 days therefrom. 5.With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
