This writ petition is filed seeking Writ of mandamus, directing the respondents to transfer the name of the petitioner from Contributory Pension Scheme to Old Pension Scheme, prevailed prior to implementation of contributory pension scheme based on the petitioner's representation dated 15.03.2025.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents has placed on record the proceedings of the fifth respondent dated 07.08.2025, who had rejected the request of the petitioner.

3. In view of the same, with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the communication dated 07.08.2025 issued by the fifth respondent, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
