(Order of the Court was delivered by G.R.SWAMINATHAN, J.) Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2. The petitioner is the mother of the detenu who is aged about 26 years. The petitioner's daughter fell in love with the third respondent and got married to him on 10.09.2021. No children was born through the wedlock. The petitioner's daughter left the matrimonial home on 03.06.2024. The mother's complaint has been registered by the second respondent in Crime No.172 of 2024.

3. It is for the petitioner to pursue her remedy with the second respondent. The second respondent is directed to take earnest efforts to trace the missing woman. This Habeas Corpus petition is disposed of accordingly.
