2. The petitioner is the husband of the detenu. Even according to the petitioner, his wife had eloped with the third respondent. In this regard, a woman missing complaint had been registered by the second respondent in Crime No.116 of 2024.

3. We are satisfied that this is not a case of illegal detention. We direct the second respondent to trace the missing person and inform the details to the petitioner herein. This shall be done as expeditiously as possible. This Habeas Corpus petition stands disposed of. (G.R.SWAMINATHAN, J.) & (R.
