ORDER

This writ petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to expedite the disposal of the protest petition / obstruction petition dated 08.12.2023 submitted by the 7th respondent before him, on the basis of the petitioner's representation dated 24.07.2024, within the time frame stipulated by this Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the official respondents and perused the materials placed before this Court. 2/4

Without expressing any opinion on the prayer sought for in this writ petition, the second respondent is directed to issue notice to the petitioner and the private respondents and to conduct enquiry and pass orders on the objections raised by the seventh respondent to deal with the subject property which belongs to the petitioner's father, after giving opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and the private respondents, and dispose of the same on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
