2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, would submit that based on the complaint given by the second respondent, they conducted enquiry and filed the Final Report before the learned Judicial Magistrate-I, Sivakasi. However, the learned Magistrate closed the case as no offence was made.
