ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking orders to transfer the investigation from the file of the second respondent to the file of the third respondent in connection with Crime No.23 of 2022 dated 22.09.2022 pending on the file of the second respondent by considering the petitioner's representation dated 30.09.2022.
2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner, FIR came to be registered in Crime No.23 of 2022 against one Poobathi, who is working as Sub Inspector of Police, Thiruverumbur Police Station, Trichy District, for the offences under Sections 406, 468 and 471 IPC and that 2/4
after registering the FIR, the second respondent police has been taking action in a biased manner to support the accused and that is why he filed the present application.
4. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents would submit that the first respondent may be directed to monitor the investigation.
5. Considering the submissions made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the second respondent is directed to proceed with the investigation and the first respondent is directed to monitor the the same.
6. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
