The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) for the first respondent, on instructions, would submit that the investigation has been completed and the final report has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Virudhunagar, on 16.02.2025, by way of E-filing No.LTN20220001827C2025-00098, and the same is yet to be taken on file.
