ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition is filed for a direction to the respondents 1 to 3 not to harass the petitioner and his family members, on the complaint given by the fourth respondent.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, would submit that on the complaint given by the fourth respondent, enquiry was conducted and the same was closed as it disclosed only a civil dispute.

4. Recording the above said submission, this Criminal Original Petition is closed as infructuous.
