ORDER

The petitioner has filed this petition seeking direction to the second respondent not to harass him and his wife under the guise of enquiry.

2. When the matter came up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 1 and 2, on instructions, would submit that the petitioner was called only for enquiry, based on the complaint given by the third respondent and the harassment as alleged by the petitioner is not true.

3. In view of the above, this Court directs the second respondent to conduct enquiry on the complaint given by the fourth respondent and conclude the same within two weeks from today.
