RESPONDENT Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to relax the condition imposed by this Honble court in Crl O.P (MD) No. 18557 of 2022 dated 19.10.2022 on the file of this Honble court. Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.ABDUL RAHMAN S, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.A.ALBERT JAMES, Government Advocate(Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed upon the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.18557 of 2022 dated 19.10.2022, passed by this Court to report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners have been complying with the conditions regularly and hence, he seeks for relaxation of the condition.
3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would also submit that the petitioners have been complying with the the conditions.
4.Considering the said submission, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.18557 of 2022 dated 19.10.2022, is https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis 1/2
modified to the effect that the petitioners shall report before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
5. With the above directions, this criminal miscellaneous petition is ordered.
