This criminal original petition has been filed for a direction to direct the first respondent police not to harass the petitioner 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the first and second respondent would submit that on the complaint given by the petitioner enquiry was conducted and during enquiry the counter parties were called for and during enquiry it transpired that the suit has been filed by the petitioner in O.S.No.154 of2019 before the Principal District Munsif, Valliyur and that the parties and the counter parties have agreed that they will not give any trouble to the petitioner and the parties were directed to approach the concerned civil court.
