ORDER
This petition is filed seeking direction to direct the respondents 1 to 5 to take appropriate steps against the sixth respondent for excommunicating the petitioner family members based on the representation dated 17.10.2019.
2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that based on the representation made by the petitioner, enquiry was undertaken. During the course of enquiry, both parties have appeared, before the Enquiry Officer and compromise has been reached between the parties by giving an undertaking to the effect that the private respondent agreed to receive tax from the petitioner and the family members. It is also further submitted that no objection was made by the private respondent for the petitioner and his family members to attend the festival in the village. Based on the above said undertaking given by the both parties the representation made by the petitioner came to be closed.
3. In view of the compromise reached between both the parties and the undertaking given by the private respondent, nothing survives for further consideration or direction in this petition. If any violation is noticed in the above said undertaking, the petitioner may work out his remedy through apppropriate proceedings.
4. With the above said liberty, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
