(CRIME NO.308/2022) ... RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to relax the condition imposed in its order dated 11.11.2022 in Crl.OP (MD)No.17999/2022.
Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.RAGAVENTHRE S, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.K.SANJAI GANDHI, Government Advocate(crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed upon the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.17999 of 2022 dated 11.11.2022, passed by this Court to report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
2.The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners have been complying with the conditions regularly and hence, he seeks for relaxation of the condition. https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis 1/2

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would also submit that the petitioners have been complying with the the conditions. 4.Considering the said submission, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.17999 of 2022 dated 11.11.2022, is modified to the effect that the first petitioner shall report before the respondent police on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m until further orders. Insofar as the petitioners 2 to 5 is concerned, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.17999 of 2022 dated 11.11.2022, is relaxed to the effect that the petitioners 2 to 5 shall report before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
5.With the above directions, this criminal miscellaneous petition is ordered.
