ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence under Sections 147, 148, 120(b), 341, 294(b), 302 IPC in Crime No.374 of 2024 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail. 2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent submitted that already absconding charge sheet was filed against the petitioner. Non-bailable warrant was issued against the petitioner on 17.08.2024 and the same is pending for execution. The respondent Police is in the process of execution of NBW. 3.In the light of the above development, there is no question of considering anticipatory bail petition at this stage. This Court also takes into consideration that earlier three anticipatory bail petitions filed by the petitioner have been dismissed by this Court.
