ORDER
The Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent to complete the investigation and to file a final report in Crime No.336 of 2018 on the file of the respondent police within a time frame as fixed by this Court.
2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.
3. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing the learned Government Advocate (crl side) appearing for the respondent police would submit that the respondent police has completed investigation and final report has made ready on 05.04.2019. However, she would further submit that it is awaiting opinion from the Additional Public Prosecutor of the concerned Court.
4. In view of the aforesaid submission, the respondent police is directed to take immediate steps to file final report.
5. With the above directions, the Criminal Original Petition stands closed.
