PRAYER :- To extend the time for executing sureties in the order dt. 04.08.2025 made in Crl.OP(MD) No. 12862/2025 on the file of this Honble Court and pass such other or further orders as this Honble Court.

ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- This Petition has been filed to extend the time granted by this Court in Crl.OP (MD) No. 12862/2025 for executing the sureties.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that due to personal inconvenience the petitioners could not able to mobilize the funds. Hence, he prays to grant further time to execute the sureties.

3. Heard Mr.S.S.Manoj, learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the State.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition is ordered and the time is extended for a period of two weeks, to comply the order, passed by 2/3
