2. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is allowed.

3. Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment in the order passed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.12598 of 2025, dated 30.07.2025 and issue fresh order copy to the learned counsel for the parties.
