2. The petitioner challenges the impugned order dated 11.07.2023 passed by the District Revenue Officer, The District Revenue Officer, Ramanathapuram had negatived the revision filed by the writ petitioner herein.

3. Too many facts are involved. The petitioner is relying on some ancient documents. The contesting respondents are relying on the settlement pattas issued in in their favour. These aspects will have to be necessarily considered only by the jurisdictional civil Court. The writ Court is not a proper forum. Granting liberty to the petitioner to approach the 3/5
