2.The petitioner was granted suspension of sentence on bail vide order dated 24.07.2024. The petitioner has been directed to report before the Inspector of Police, Esplanade Police Station, Chennai daily at 10.30 am. The petitioner has been complying with the said condition for the last 100 days. We are satisfied that the case for modification has been made out. The condition earlier imposed is relaxed.
